With a feel for cooking as a fine art, he has made his restaurant the given choice for those in search of a culinary experience in a unique and relaxed environment.
During a joint commission the idea developed to try to create a forum where gastronomy meets everyday lifes often limited time-frame. The thought was to offer food of a high quality while waiting for the next flight, or during a fully booked schedule. You should always have access to good food.
Together we have taken up this challenge, and it is with great pleasure and high expectations we launch a new fast food concept: Andersson Food & Akvavit. Leif has carefully composed a menu, and is in charge of the cooking, Space deals with the environment and the logistics in this fast-food restaurant extraordinary. Fresh, fast and luxurious.
On Friday the 2nd of March we will launch our concept.
